Hey everybody, I’ve been invited to be a guest on the venerable BP Podcast! This show was instrumental for me when I started investing in real estate. I remember driving down the highway to work in my small rural emergency department and setting up my laptop to play the recordings. No, I didn’t have an iPod. But that didn’t hold me back. There’s over a thousand episodes now and I’ve listened to nearly all of them.
Going down the road before work I learned a lot. The stories on there aren’t so much how-to but more of learning that these things can be done by regular people. Once you come to that realization, you can begin. It’s the same way that there are pockets of physicians, famous athletes, lawyers, politicians, or whatever else in areas. They are exposed to it and see that it can be done. That’s the benefit of listening, learning, and networking. Don’t discount it.
